In front of the house, at the point of your access to the sea, there is a nice private mooring for smaller boats.
When entering the house you are going to notice the openness of the areas, with a nice open staircase on the side and the attic with the bedrooms upstairs.
The kitchen, dining room and the living room are one big space that continues on to the terrace with an outdoor dining set.
There are two nicely arranged bedrooms with a great view.
A bathroom is also there, on the upper level, by the bedrooms.
Therefore, the entire property accommodates 4 persons, in two bedrooms, while an extra person or two could use the living room sofa.
A nice barbecue is on the lower terrace, on the side of the house, a place to enjoy preparation of your meals in total peace and quiet.
