You will be stunned by the interior. Everything is well thought of and cleverly arranged for a careless and comfortable holiday, but with that bit of extra to it.

It is a holiday it’s all about! The sun decks are not only spacey but done in style. They have a spectacular open view to the sea from every point, not to mention the endless pool and the glass fencing. Sun beds and the lounge set by the pool will put the summer to its place.

This villa is not only spectacularly designed, but it is very well planned, situated in the most peaceful spot, with an open sea view from all points, inside and outside of the house.

Therefore, you can be sure you will enjoy the maximum amount of time while at this house having just the ocean in front.

When entering the property from the parking area, you notice the class and elegance right on the staircase, leading you on to the main entrance and the sun decks that surround the entire property.

The surroundings of the property have been arranged with traditional plants by careful garden planning. If you wonder about the access to the beach, it’s there, just 50m from the house, along with a pier to moor a smaller boat.

When you enter the house you instantly notice the openness and the style that it is done in.
The common areas are of course connected with no barriers, serving the purpose of giving maximum comfort. The kitchen, dining room and the living room are in fact one common space that simply is amazingly done and cleverly planned. From the dining table or especially the couch, while enjoying your meal or an afternoon relaxation, you have an open view of the sea, with nothing in front.

A fireplace is also there, just in case.

There are three fantastically designed bedrooms with en-suite bedrooms. Two bedrooms are placed on the side, while the master bedroom has a truly special position, with a direct view of the sea, from the bed!

Therefore, the entire villa accommodates 6 persons, in three bedrooms of the same size and design.
The small storeroom by the passage is wardrobe, not to pile your close elsewhere.

The big barbecue is placed behind the house on a huge terrace that serves as an outdoor dining area, a place to enjoy your meals in total peace and quiet. A lounging set is also right by it, just in case, to enjoy the aperitif.

This place is a true holiday star, anchored right where you would want to be at the best part of your year!

Location of Villa Ankora is some 50m from the sea in the bay of Gradina. There is a nice beach and a mooring arranged at the little pier in front. It is perfect for large families and groups of friends.

A short stay (less than 4 nights) is possible out of high season, but requires 30% surcharge

Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on a high/low season

Check in is at 2 pm and check out is at 10 am

The number of guests should never exceed the maximum capacity of the property.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Weekly rates do not include additional services
