A spectacular villa with two separate apartments and a wonderful sea view, very comfortable, modern and fully equipped. If you need larger separate units, a place that has a mutual area on the side for the barbecue and pool activities to enjoy, while having the possibility to withdraw to your own piece of privacy and a terrace in front of your own apartment, go on.
It has that set up which offers a bit more than a typical villa in that sense. The pebbly beach is just 70m away, with a private mooring belonging to the house.
As you get off the road you get onto a covered parking area. The main entrances to the apartments are just on the side and down by the stairway leading you onto the pool and the barbecue area.
Both apartments have large covered terraces in front to enjoy the outdoor dining. The apartments are furnished in style and are fully equipped.

This villa is perfect for a larger family or even two or three couples to enjoy. You have all the comfort and privacy for such groups. It is well arranged and spacious.
The apartment on the pool level has two bedrooms, a large living room area with a kitchen, fully equipped. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed while the other bedroom has an extendable double bed.
Outdoor covered terrace has a large dining area with furniture.
The upper floor apartment has one bedroom, large living room area with a kitchen, fully equipped. It is furnished with upmost care, very modern. Outdoor terrace is covered and very big, with stylish wooden furniture.
This getaway offers a really special location for a great holiday experience. The pool in front is just great, equipped with loungers and parasols and a wonderful view from it.
The nice barbecue area is just above it, very nicely done.

Location of Villa Stefani is absolutely great. The area is very quiet, no roads or traffic anywhere nearby. The pebbly beach that's just perfect for the kids is at 70 meters from the house. The view over the gulf lets you fully enjoy the seaside vacation. Villa Stefani is located in Tudorovica bay, 5 kilometers from the town of Vela Luka, in a very peaceful seaside area.
The surroundings are made in typical stone terracing with lots of trees in a typical Mediterranean style.
This villa is great for a bigger family with two kids, two or even three couples to enjoy, combining the modern and the traditional.

The number of guests should never exceed the maximum capacity of the property.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
