This villa is a challenge to describe. It is in the middle of nowhere, yet just a walking distance to the small fishing village, it is first line by the sea on a steep coast, yet easily accessible. There is just peace and quiet and the sea in front. Nicely done with a great swimming pool just a few stairs above the private mooring and the sea front, in the middle of a pine forest.
The house consists of two separate apartments across the two floors. Each of the apartments has two bedrooms, with king size beds. So, it is a perfect getaway for a larger family or two families, even a group of friends.
Built in a typical local style with modern equipment makes it comfortable and enjoyable to be at, while the exteriors are great for its location and spaces around.
The bbq and the large outdoor ding area on the side offers just that little extra you need while enjoying the position and the view it offers.
A private parking is secured by the house.

Location of Villa Akron can only be described as spectacular. The property is large and practically on the sea front in the most peaceful area. No roads or traffic anywhere nearby. You can enjoy your own piece of sea right in front of the house, a short walk away.

The number of guests should never exceed the maximum capacity of the property.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
