This property brings you the great design, comfortable and beautifully arranged spaces at the location that simply is amazing. The openness of the house on both sides to the fun areas and the views of the ocean from the bedrooms is the absolute top feature of this beachfront gem.

At the entrance of the house from the driveway you immediately get the idea of class, space and elegance of the entire property. The garden has been very nicely arranged with traditional plants and a pathway leading you on to the house, with a fun part right there... great covered dining areas next to a fantastic outdoor barbecue with a kitchenette... a place to enjoy your meals in total peace and quiet. A huge stunning lounge area is also right by, just in case, to enjoy the aperitif.

The house features 3 floors, one open plan ground floor area with simple and easy arrangement that serves as one living space and two upper floors as sleeping areas.
You enter the house from the garden side into a big open space of the ground floor. There is a great modern kitchen with an island with bar chairs, a big dining table and a comfortable living room in extension. The huge sliding door takes you onto the pool area on the other side. The pool is set as it is an access of a ground floor. A charming stone cottage by the pool features a sauna and a gym, for your body treats.

On the upper floors, there are two spectacularly designed bedrooms with en-suite bedrooms on each. Two bedrooms are on the first floor, other two on the top floor with a truly special position, with a direct view of the sea, from each of the beds of each of the bedrooms!

You get the 4 bedrooms of the same standard, all very comfortable, classy, with a spectacular view.

Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on a high/low season

Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am

The number of guests should never exceed the maximum capacity of the property.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
