Villa Domenica is closest to the best you can get. Major qualities of this property are truly major. It has beautiful terracing arranged all the way around the housing carefully split but connected. The peace and quiet and the surrounding area is just spectacular, overlooking the unique pool and the forrest with the channel in the distance. Interior is very traditional as well as the outdoors which of course feature the most important of modern-large pool and a kids pool.
Villa was built in a traditional way, carefully crafted over the years. It developed around an idea of a traditional getaway spot which grew into something bigger, and with much more detail, in terms of building materials, ways of doing it an attention put in it all.
A private driveway takes you from the quiet road to the parking area of the villa.
This villa truly is wonderful for many reasons. It is a traditional home with additional buildings connected to form actually a very large and comfortable villa. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
The pool is located in front, and has its own island in the middle, and the kids pool on the side.
The main entrance to the house is easily accessible from the parking area. It takes you inside the kitchen and the dinind and living rooms areas. The kitchen is also quite big and from it you can exit to the outdoor main terrace with a covered patio and a big dining table.
Living room has a very nice fireplace, made in a typical traditional way. The main materials in all interiors are stone and wood.
All the interiors are fully equipped and air-conditioned offering the full comfort.

Location of Villa Domenica is exquisite. It is up the little hill, just in the right spot to have all the peace and quiet yet the view that is simply amazing.
A very peaceful and isolated position in regards to the other houses in the area can offer you total peace and quiet, surrounded by olive and pine trees.

Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on a high/low season
Check in is at 2 pm and check out is at 10 am
The number of guests should never exceed the maximum capacity of the property.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Weekly rates do not include additional services.
