The apartments have two bedrooms each, while each floor has, its separate kitchen, dining and the living room. Each apartment features a terrace equipped with nice sets of furniture, a fantastic place to get that extra peace.

The main feature would be a great pool just above the sea, an outdoor dining area by the ground floor apartment and a barbecue just on the side.

The few stairs take you down to the sea front via elegant staircase, to the mooring pier and the rocky beach only for you to enjoy.

The apartment on the ground floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen as one space and two bedrooms with king size beds along with a bathroom.

Second floor apartment has a living room, dining room, kitchen as one space and one en suite bedroom. The second bedroom has two separate beds. There is also an extra separate bathroom.

Location of this villa is really special. It is on the south coast, a walking distance to the tourist settlement with a bar and a restaurant. The area is very peaceful, no traffic nearby. You can enjoy your own piece of beach right in front of the house, and a concrete plateau with a mooring for your exclusive use.

The villa is modern built and furnished with style. Each of the units has a large terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the magnificent view.

A private parking is secured on the area above the house, as you get off the road.

Location of this great property is in the bay of Prizba. There is a nice beach and a mooring at the pier right in front of the house. Great for a big family or a group of friends.

A short stay (less than 4 nights) is possible out of high season, but requires 30% surcharge

Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on a high/low season

Check in is at 2 pm and check out is at 10 am

The number of guests should never exceed the maximum capacity of the property.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
