A very nicely arranged property very close to the town centre consists of two practically the same apartments. This villa gets rented exclusively as one unit and offers full comfort for two families or a group of friends that want to enjoy the fun of having the pool, sea and the beach just 50 meters away and the town and all it offer right there.
The house has recently been refurnished with lots of style. The outdoors is nicely done with a barbecue area at the back and the large parking for two cars in front of the house. The pool area with sun beds and the parasol are on the side of the house on a very private terrace.
A private parking is secured in front of the house.
This villa is perfect for two families or a group of friends to enjoy. You have all the comfort and privacy. The main feature of this property is a nice location, closeness to the sea and the town as well as very nicely arranged interiors. There is also a possibility of finding your private little spot at the beach anyway further on along the sea front as the house is amongst the last ones on the western end of the town.
The few stairs take you up to the pool area which is nicely fenced and secure for kids to enjoy.
The entrances to each of the units are at the back, next door one to the other. The terraces of each unit have nice furniture enjoy the morning coffee at, with a wonderful sea view.
Inside of each apartment there is a comfortable living room with a Tv set, kitchen and a ding area all in one. The bedrooms and the bathroom are in the extension through a little hallway.
There are two bedrooms in each, with king size beds.

It is located in the very quite area of the town, on the western end of it. The little beach is right below the house while the public beaches with restaurant, bar and other fun activities are at a walking distance. There is also a little taxi boat service that takes you across to the town centre from the nearby station, which is also fun to take.
Villa Maria is in Zubaca Vala, a part of Vela Luka, at a nearby distance to town yet in a very peaceful area.
This villa is great for families with kids, couples or even a group of friends.

The number of guests should never exceed the maximum capacity of the property.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
