To get to the ground floor of the house and the pool deck area, you need to climb up the stairs by the nicely arrange flower gardens.

Once on the terrace area you have an easy entrance to the house and a spectacular view over the archipelago surrounding the southern coast of the island of Korcula.

You have an outdoor fireplace to get your meals ready just there and a table tennis in the shade on the side of the house to keep yourself amused.

Nicely arranged and modern designed, fully equipped, this house offers a great spot to spend your vacation. The sea view is absolutely stunning.

To get to the ground floor of the house you need to go up the nice stairway by the flower gardens.
The main terrace that is on a ground floor of the house is actually quite elevated from the street level, so the position of the house offers maximum intimacy and a really great view.

The interiors are split across the ground floor, the first and the second floor levels. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms have king size beds and one bedroom has separate beds.

On the ground floor there are two bathrooms in between two of each bedrooms. First floor with living areas has one bathroom and there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the second floor.

There is a kitchen, dining area and the living room connected onto the spacey terrace on both the first and the second floor.

The ground floor level has a swimming pool on the extension of a large covered terrace, equipped with sun beds and lounge sets.
The covered terrace has a big dining table for the whole group to enjoy.

This property offers a true Mediterranean surrounding in the most peaceful and intimate area, with a great sea view and an easy access to the sea.

Location of Villa Julija is on the south coast, 40m from the sea. There is a beach and a mooring arranged at the little pier in front of the house. It is great for a bigger family or a group of friends.

There are sun beds and loungers, and a very nice dining table in a covered area just by the pool to enjoy your meals.

A property is located in a cove just around the corner from Prizba bay, 10 kilometres from Blato, just above the coast.

Minimum stay is 7 days, but exceptions can be made depending on a high/low season

A short stay (less than 4 nights) is possible out of high season, but requires 30% surcharge

Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on a high/low season

Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am

The number of guests should never exceed the maximum capacity of the property.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
