Location of this villa is really special. It is on the western end of the town, at a walking distance to the beaches, bars, shops, restaurants. There is also a taxi boat service that can take you across to the town centre. The area is very peaceful, no traffic nearby. You can enjoy your direct access to the sea right in front of the house.
The villa is modern built and furnished with style. Each of the units has large terraces with outdoor furniture and a barbecue to enjoy your meals and relaxing time with the magnificent view.
A private parking is secured on the area above the house, at the road level.
This villa is perfect for a large family or a bigger group of friends or couples to enjoy. You have all the comfort across the three separate floors. All three apartments have two en suite bedrooms each.

The few stairs take you down to the exit from the property on the sea side.

The number of guests should never exceed the maximum capacity of the property.
The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by fewer people than indicated when you made the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
